Join David Allen for a conversation with Roy Whitten and Scott Roy. Their just-published book is Decision Intelligence Selling. It's not just for those in sales, but for anyone who realizes that persuading and motivating others is part of life. Of the book, David says, "Whether you're in sales or simply in life, this is a must-read. Roy and Scott have written a new manual for sales training ... a page-turner for us all in leveraging our relationships to everyone's advantage." You can learn more about the book and their work on the Whitten and Roy Partnership website.
You can listen to the entire conversation from September 2020 at GTD Connect®.

Sebastian Feiler is a GTD enthusiast who is based in Germany. By profession he is a lawyer, and he thinks that lawyers in general would greatly benefit from applying the GTD methodology.
Because Sebastian finds value in sharing about GTD with the global GTD community, he is an enthusiastic participant in our forums. (You would know him there as Ger80C.) He also attended the 2019 GTD Summit, and has stayed in communication with others he met there.
You will get to hear him discuss his use of paper and digital tools, his two systems for tracking work and personal commitments, and his approach to the GTD Weekly Review.
You can listen to the entire conversation from August 2020 at GTD Connect®.

Creator of the second-best productivity tool for GTD, Eric Mack is grounded in GTD and knowledge management. David Allen and John Forrister recently talked with Eric about his five principles of productivity software design, in the hope that it might inspire future designers to incorporate some of these principles into their applications.
Eric is also doing a survey on workstyles and key frustrations. We encourage the GTD community to take his survey. We did, and found it helpful to us in understanding how we work, what we can do to improve, and more.
Key Frustrations and Work Styles Survey
For a limited time, Eric is offering GTD Connect members a complimentary call to early survey respondents to discuss his recommendations.

David Allen has reconnected with Kevin Wilde, for a discussion about learning, leadership, and coachability. Kevin describes how he heard about GTD, and his success with making it a part of the culture at General Mills. His mission in the last few years has been to dive deeper into the science and practical application of leadership coachability. He has found that leaders who plateau below their potential have one thing in common: They stop seeking feedback so they can improve. You can find out more about Kevin's current work on on the coachability of leaders on his website, The Coachable Leader. And you can listen to David's 2007 conversation with Kevin, during his time as Chief Learning Officer for General Mills.
You can listen to the entire conversation from July 2020 at GTD Connect®.
